Account Manager
Part-Time Position (Less than 30 hours per week)
Location: Atlanta metro area, GA (Remote)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure our clients receive outstanding service and support.
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager at Victor Ludorum Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients' existing customers. You’ll act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients are satisfied with our products and services, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, with a passion for customer success and the ability to develop strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions to clients.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues to ensure long-term success.
Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on product usage, performance, and growth opportunities.
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management.
Maintain accurate client records and update account information regularly in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role in sales or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client issues with professionalism and confidence.
Ability to identify business opportunities and proactively suggest solutions to meet client needs.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience in Insurance.
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Customer Service Representative

This role will primarily support our clients' customers based in the United States. Although this a part-time position, it may require additional hours. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric individual with a passion for providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
Process customer orders, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve billing issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or related environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to US-based clients.
Perform accurate and timely data entry.
Assist with accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable support.
Support payroll processing and related activities.
Provide basic human resources support, such as onboarding paperwork processing.
Manage and organize documents, both physical and electronic.
Assist with compliance-related tasks and reporting.
Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
